chapter 14

To anonymous,

You know what? Yesterday I went to Angela’s place. She’s really fun to be with. Although we didn’t do something too special but that’s what’s our friendship is. We can sit in silence for hours together and say that we enjoyed a lot. But life is not a bed of roses. When we first met we were not so good friends in the fifth grade but yes we were friends. Then sixth grade was full of misunderstandings. We really fell into petty quarrels every now and then. But this laid the foundation of our friendship.

The best part about teenage is that in friendship we learn so many lessons which make us cautious throughout our life. Although at that time we may feel bad about what someone did to us but later on it remains as a reminder so that we don’t repeat those mistakes again. Nobody’s perfect. So it’s better to face obstacles and learn lessons during teenage because we shall let go off those memories very soon but always keep those lessons in our mind. But it maybe that facing those obstacles when you are ready to strike out through your own be fatal.

That’s the reason I believe that we change emotionally during our teenage. All the lessons we learn now will be a guideline for us forever. That’s why I don’t feel bad when I think of Ann. I thank her for teaching me a lesson and now I realize that our friendship was worth of all the TEARS & SMILES.

What we call a change is a lesson which we learn from our mistakes. Why not see the glass half full?

“Mistakes are the usual bridge between inexperience and wisdom.” ~Phyllis Theroux, Night Lights.

I got to leave now. Wait for my next letter. Bye.

Yours lovingly,

G$2.
